Kathy and Brian Boals are both California natives and have lived in the Conejo Valley area since the 1960's. Kathy graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara and Brian attended Cal State Northridge. They have been successfully selling real estate since 1984.
This dynamic husband and wife team operated their own brokerage before joining the RE/MAX Gold Coast Realtor office. They have developed their own unique agent and client support system for marketing, escrow management, property management, seller and buyer services, and mortgage lending.

Kathy's hobby is gardening. She served as president of the Conejo Orchid Society for two years. She applies the same passion for real estate in her gardening. Scheduling, planting, harvesting and attention to detail are her finest points. When time permits she sometimes attends the local Farmers Market with a booth to sell some of her extra plants.
Brian enjoys building custom hotrods as a hobby. He has just completed his yellow 1955 Ford F-100 pick up truck. Brian does his own design, welding, painting and upholstery on these vehicles. His next project is a 1955 Ford F-100 panel truck |
